Service Description

Job Leak, operated by Hey Frankie, LLC, provides automated missed-call text recovery for trade businesses and business-to-business outreach services. When a customer calls a trade business and the call is missed, Job Leak sends a text message to the caller on behalf of the business, engages them in a qualifying conversation, and delivers the resulting lead to the business owner.

SMS Terms and Consent

Program Name: Job Leak Missed-Call Recovery

Description: When a customer calls a trade business that uses Job Leak and the call is unanswered, Job Leak sends a transactional SMS reply on behalf of the business to help the caller schedule service.

Message Frequency: A maximum of 2 messages per missed call (one initial response and, at most, one follow-up if no reply is received). Job Leak does not send recurring, promotional, or marketing messages.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent from that number.

Business-to-Business Messaging

Job Leak may contact businesses via phone and text message to offer business services. We will send a maximum of one follow-up message per business. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

No Guarantee of Results

Job Leak does not guarantee any specific outcomes from the use of our service. Results depend on a variety of factors including call volume, caller responsiveness, and the nature of the trade business. The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Hey Frankie, LLC is not liable for missed calls, failed message deliveries, lost revenue, or any other damages arising from the use of the Job Leak service. By using the service, you agree that our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in the preceding thirty days.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will notify active clients via email or through the Job Leak dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
