When you use our service or interact with us, we may collect your business name, phone number, email address, text message content, and call logs. This information is collected directly from you when you sign up, or generated as part of the normal operation of the missed-call recovery service.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide the Job Leak missed-call recovery service, to communicate with businesses about our services, and to improve the quality and reliability of our platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We will never share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or any mobile opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest, and Twilio, which is SOC 2 compliant. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
Text Messaging
Job Leak sends text messages to missed callers on behalf of our clients (trade businesses) as part of the missed-call recovery service. We also send text messages to businesses as part of our business-to-business outreach. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
